• Consequences of Errors: New Horizon Educational Consultancy is not liable for any rejection of applications, loss of fees, or disqualification from any exam or recruitment process resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4. Fees and Payments

• Service Charges: The total amount payable to us includes the official application fee charged by the respective examining body/institution plus our consultancy service charge.
• Transaction Processing: All online payments made through our platform will reflect our business name.
• Official Fee Changes: If an official examining body changes its fee structure during the application process, the Client is responsible for paying any difference.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Portals: We submit applications on third-party government or institutional websites. We are not responsible for technical glitches, server crashes, payment gateway failures, or website downtimes on these official portals that may result in a missed deadline.
• No Guarantee of Selection: Our service is strictly limited to the correct submission of forms. We do not guarantee admission to any college, passing of any entrance exam, or selection for any government post.
• Eligibility: It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they meet the official eligibility criteria (age, education, domicile, etc.) for the exam or scholarship they are applying for. We are not liable if an application is rejected due to ineligibility.

6. Privacy and Document Handling

We collect personal information and documents (such as mark sheets, ID proofs, photographs, and signatures) solely for the purpose of completing your requested applications. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data and will not share or sell your personal information to unauthorized third parties.
