At New Horizon Educational Consultancy, we strive to provide accurate and timely form-filling services for our clients. Because our services involve paying non-refundable fees to third-party institutions, please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
1. Strict 1-Hour Cancellation Window
We operate on a very strict timeline to ensure your application deadlines are met. Therefore, we offer a highly limited window for cancellations and refunds:
- Eligible for Refund: You may request a full refund only within 1 hour (60 minutes) after receiving your initial payment confirmation from our end.
- Not Eligible for Refund: Once the 1-hour window has passed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
1. Official Exam and Application Fees
At the time of final submission a significant portion of the payment you make to us is transferred directly to official examining bodies, universities, or government portals (e.g., SSC, NTA, state boards) to cover your official application fee.
- Strictly Non-Refundable: Once we have successfully submitted your application and paid the official fee to the respective authority on your behalf, that portion of the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Examining bodies do not entertain refund requests for submitted forms.

3. Application Rejections and Errors
- Client Errors: We are not responsible for applications rejected due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information (e.g., wrong date of birth, invalid category certificates, blurry photographs) provided by the Client. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Consultancy Errors: In the rare event that an application is rejected solely due to a clerical error made by our team (after the client provided correct data), we will refund our consultancy service charge. However, the official application fee remains subject to the refund policies of the respective examining bodies.
4. Duplicate Payments or Technical Glitches
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a network error or payment gateway glitch on our website, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund, you must contact us immediately within the 1-hour window of your payment confirmation.
