• Full Refund (100%): If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of
purchasing a package and your first counselling session has not yet taken place, you will
receive a full refund — no questions asked.
• Partial Refund (50%): After 24 hours of purchasing a counselling package If you
wish to cancel before the counselling starts or if you are not participated in
any counselling round, you will receive a 50% refund of the package amount.
• No Refund: Once the counselling round for which the package was purchased
has begun (e.g. CAP Round 1 has started / JoSAA Round 1 has started), no refund will be issued
as the core service will have been delivered.
• How to Request a Refund: Send a WhatsApp message or email to us with your name,
registered mobile number and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Note: Refund requests must come from the registered mobile number or email used at the time of
purchase.
